LaKendra Tookes is a Georgia Peach turned LA girl who grew up getting teased for her valley-girl accent- only to find it fits her perfectly in LA. She’s a writer, actress, TV host, and comedian whose work has been featured across major networks. A former Saturday Night Live writer and Access Hollywood correspondent, LaKendra now hosts the unapologetically fabulous podcast Tookes Takes, is a regular guest host on Jeff Lewis Live, and has a scripted comedy inspired by her family in development.
